Notes of Interest for Paper Submissions
- The deadline for the submission of paper proposals is 15 February 2026. exceptionally extended until February 23, 2026.
- Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their proposals from 15 March 2026 onwards
- Once all paper proposals have been received, the Scientific Committee of the seminar will carry out the corresponding evaluation in accordance with criteria of scientific quality, thematic relevance, and alignment with the seminar’s objectives. On the basis of this assessment, it will be determined which papers are accepted for public presentation during the seminar sessions.
- The maximum time allocated for the oral presentation of each paper will be 12 minutes, to which, where appropriate, a brief period for questions or discussion may be added, depending on the dynamics of each session.
- Certain proposals that, despite receiving a positive evaluation from the Scientific Committee, cannot be included in the in-person programme due to capacity or organisational constraints, may be considered for publication. In such cases, authors will be offered the opportunity to include the full text of their paper in the seminar proceedings volume, which will be published in the following year.
- Upon notification of the acceptance of the proposal, the definitive text of the paper, together with any images or graphic materials intended to illustrate the presentation (PowerPoint or similar format), must be submitted no later than 27 April.
- The paper text must be submitted in Word format, with a maximum length of 25,000 characters including spaces, within which up to four photographs, graphs, or tables may be included, always counted within this overall limit.
- Images or visual materials intended for the oral presentation must be submitted in PowerPoint or similar format, properly identified and of sufficient quality for projection.
